Our staff is certified in Mental Health First Aid through the National Council for Behavioral Health. Through this certification our staff have been trained to provide initial help to people experiencing problems such as depression, anxiety disorders, psychosis and substance use disorders. 

 
 
 

Carrie Adams, Inn Director

Carrie Adams grew up in Beaverton and has lived in Seattle, Denver, England, and Canada. She spent years traveling with Youth With A Mission in Asia and five years working with her husband, Jeff, at L’Abri Fellowship of Canada. Before joining the Inn, Carrie also taught English at C.S. Lewis Academy in Newberg and Bible at Westside Christian High School in Tigard. Carrie now lives with her family in Dundee where they grow blackberries, figs, children and hope soon to acquire some goats.

 

Sean Flannery, Executive Director

Sean (MAT, Fuller Theological Seminary) grew up in Southern California and pastored a multi-ethnic church in Long Beach, CA for 10 years before moving to Oregon in 2013 to serve as the Inn’s founding Director. In addition to his role at the Inn, Sean also serves as senior pastor of Church of the Vine. Sean and his wife Melody enjoy fly-fishing, gardening and hiking with their three children, Kincaid, Leila, and Jory.
